P.I.S.T is a student run organization at the Univ. of Pittsburgh. We take trips to Vermont, New Jersey, West Virginia, Maine, Canada and Europe. Weekends between major trips are spent at local hills Seven Springs PA, Snowshoe WV and Snozone PA. Currently in its seventh year, the PIST family has grown to over 150 riders. Ability level is not an issue – our riders vary from newbies to sponsored team riders. The purpose of the club is to improve the snowboarding skills of its members and have a great time in the process. This is accomplised by offering free lessons (at any level) and providing members with equipment. Destruction Tour 07-08 is tentatively waiting to begin!
